I recently followed a blog where this guy from London who’s a dating and conversation coach was giving away a lot of pretty cool information about how to talk to women…and I thought I was already pretty good at talking to women myself but this really changed my approach to the whole subject I have to say. Loads of men contact me asking whether I think
that you can actually meet interesting women online.

And the underlying assumption is: Probably not.
When I ask: What have you done to test this out for yourself
I often get: “Nothing, because my friends say most
women aren’t real online and they put up fake pictures.”
Mmmh.
So let me give you my perspective. And show you
a few simple ways that you can meet women online
in a cool way that works for you especially if you’re
shy.
Albert Einstein supposedly called Compound Interest
“the greatest invention of the 20th century”…
…I’d call our ability to “meet women online”

Ok.. but seriously.
Consider this:
Just a few years ago the only way to meet women
was to be introduced to them through friends,
or to actually blindly approach them at different
social events or in the streets.
You couldn’t know whether they were single or
in a relationship…
and in many cases having to approach women
“blind” has stopped men from ever meeting
the “right” woman for them.
So often men have “settled” for women that picked them
more out of fear of being rejected once again by
some women who turned out to be in relationships
or simply not interested in meeting new men.

So how is meeting women online different?

Women put up profiles.
1. They actually say: I am single and I am here
to meet men.
Think about it: What would it be like if you
went around in your home town and all the
women who are single and are interested in
meeting men had a sign on their forehead
that told you this?
Would that make the task of finding a single
woman who might be interested in you
easier?
Point made.
2. Next online they fill in these little profiles…
talk about their interests, what they love
and hate and who they wanna meet.
True… what they say about themselves
often says a lot more about
“how they’d love to see themselves” rather
than “how they are when things don’t go their
way”…
..but still this gives you a valuable insight.
3. They post pictures of themselves.
Yes those pictures are meant to make them look
great.
So bear in mind that usually the picture
a girl has as her main picture is her favourite and
may not be exactly the way she would look
getting out of bed in the morning.
But hey…as most women put more than one picture
up you can usually get a good idea of what a girl
looks like in life.
So hearing me list these things…can you see how
easy the internet makes it for us to get in touch
with women who are single and looking
in the 21 Century?
By the way..am I talking only about dating websites
like www.plentyoffish.com or www.match.com?
No.. I am also talking about huge social media sites
like facebook, myspace, twitter, youtube,
bebo and the list goes on.
In fact…social media has been one of my favourite places
online to meet attractive women over the years.
See especially when I still hadn’t figured out all my
mindsets and methods to be confident around women
this was probably THE place I interacted with
attractive women on a daily basis.
Seriously…I have met a large number of attractive cool
intelligent women on myspace, facebook, even twitter
…and I have met them, dated them, taken things to the
next level or not. Some are now great friends…others
I have gently let go out of my life…
but here’s something you didn’t know before…
I met my current girlfriend online!
I would never have met her otherwise.
She lived on the other side of the world at the time
I met her.
So here’s the thing:
I know about the negatives the people
that like to focus on:
fake profiles, fake pictures, dodgy spam accounts,
flaky behaviour, loads of competition…
but those problems pale in comparison with
the opportunities…
So let me give you

Tip 1. USE THE MYSPACE SEARCH FUNCTION

You can literally search for women by age,
preferences, status, location, religion, body type…
whatever…
I mean could it be any easier?
And can you still find excuses not to get in touch
with some hot women even if only for practice?
Ok.. on a personal note, the coolest women I
have met have been on myspace..yes there’s
been the odd stalker but hey..you’ve got to take
the rough with the smooth! /;-)

Tip 2. PIMP YOUR PROFILE!

There’s a whole lot more to be said about
your profile and what would make it successful or
not…but for now this is the BIGGIE:

When you put up your profile if when you
think about getting more active…make sure you
have a pictures with loads of LIGHT in it and that
you look reasonably happy in it and the background is
something cool looking. (what you’re wearing
is important too)
Some pictures that men or women put up online
are so terrible because they are half in the dark,
or they have a horrible wallpaper behind them or
look like a psychopath.
I know this sounds basic but really check this.
It’s worth going outside somewhere cool and
taking a picture there.
Secret tip: ask your friends which of your pictures
they like most. Pick that even if you don’t think
it’s the best.
Also..another REALLY DUMB THING that many guys
do is to give themselves some nick name
like “lonely psycho” or “sad freak”…NO NO NO!
No matter what the situation…most women that
hear a nick name like that will simply not want to take the
risk to have anything to do with you.
So use your common sense. Women in general
like men who are likely to make their lives better,
not worse…i.e. men who are happy and self
confident and like the world and themselves.

Tip 3. BECOME GREAT AT USING WORDS

After all most attractive women online get a lot of mail
and a lot of guys get in touch. For women to respond
in the right way you’ve got to know how to flirt and
be good with creating attraction through language.

most things with women online or offline just fell into place.

So here is how to use one basic method you should
be able to use in your day to day life by now
to double your chances of women replying
to your messages online:
One big principle is that women feel automatically
more connected with you when you use words that
they are using.
So when you can take some of the phrases a woman
has used to describe herself or a situation or what’s
in her “status update” and you can
use the same words in your message in some way or
even pick up what she’s has said and reply to it
in some way…
…that’s very powerful,
especially when you can do this in a playful or
flirtatious way.

Your message: “Hey…So you’re into randomness?
How much randomness can you take…and where’s your

Your first message could be: “Hey…how are you doing?
I am just curious…you say you love long walks in nature…
does that mean you’re a naturist?”
The principle of using HER words back and playing
with them is just one of many Pimp Your Lingo Principles
